EN/ Hi everybody, I hope you are doing well ! It's been a long time since I posted a fresh-new outfit on the blog but, as I mentionned it in my latest post, I didn't had time to write a new one. Indeed, I was very busy with my last bachelor degree year - which I obtained while being, for the third consecutive year, valedictorian - but mostly with the creation of my first iconographic play, play realised one month ago soon and of which I am very proud. I photographed the outfit at the beginning of spring, it's been several months now, but I have never had the time to publish it on the blog. In that way, I apologize if each cloth presented are no longer available. I was, just like for my previous posts since October, inspired by XIXth century and more precisely by the preponderant place and the unique relation maintened with death (hence the title of my article). 

I am wearing a black victorian inspired blouse which is very pleasant to wear so such it's soft and fluid. I got it on Zara for their women AW16 collection. I literally fell in love with it.

FR/ Bonjour tout le monde, j'espère que vous allez bien. Cela fait très longtemps que je n'ai pas posté de nouveau look sur le blog mais, comme je l'expliquais au sein de mon précédent post, je n'ai pas eu le temps d'en composer un. En effet, j'ai été très occupé avec cette dernière année de licence - que j'ai validé tout en étant, pour la troisième année consécutive, major de promotion - mais surtout avec la création de ma première pièce de théâtre iconographique, pièce qui s'est d'ailleurs réalisée il y a maintenant bientôt un mois et dont je suis vraiment fier. Si vous êtes curieux, n'hésitez pas à nous rejoindre sur Instagram, Facebook ou Twitter ! Dorénavant, j'ai plus de temps pour moi et pour reprendre mon activité sur le blog donc, c'est parti ! 

J'ai photographié ce look au début du printemps, il y a donc plusieurs mois, mais n'avais jamais eu l'occasion de le publier sur le blog. De ce fait, je m'excuse si toutes les pièces présentes sont out of stock. J'ai été, comme pour mes précédents looks depuis Octobre, inspiré par le XIX ème siècle et plus précisément par la place prépondérante et le rapport très spécial entretenu avec la mort (d'où le titre, vous l'aurez deviné). 

Je porte une blouse d'inspiration victorienne très agréable à porter tant elle est fluide et douce. Je l'ai eu sur Zara pour leur collection femme AW16. Je suis littéralement tombé amoureux de ce col montant.

EN/ In order to add a more "couture" touch to my outfit, I have decided to wear black velvet pants which are associated with my black velvet cape, that I also had on Zara this winter. I didn't wear it a lot but I can tell you that I wanted such a cape for centuries and I really was conquered when I saw it. Generally, I don't like to wear several elements made in the same fabrics but this time, always in a purpose of mourning and of stylization, I chose to do it and I am pretty satisfied with it. 

In order to accessorize this outfit, I opted for a necklace with a rose as a motif since I always assimiliated this flower to the funeral rites. Moreover, I love this fairly stokerian touch that it refers to the outfit.

I am also wearing occult jewels in order to emphasize the mystic part that mourning generates, this is why I put my The Rogue + The Wolf rings. A gorgeous novelty is added to the rings, it's the ring called "The Pentacle" from Burial Ground. Their jewels are exquisite, charged with a ancient and primitive mysticism, in short, I truly adore them. Since my acquisition, I wear this ring each single day as an amulet. Furthermore, it's a gift from Moonchild, this is why it's very special to me.
Finally, I wear a belt which is implicitly matched to the leather boots insofar as these boots are imitation snake and the belt represents a figurative snake. These two accessories allow to break with the fluidity of this allblack outfit while texturing it.

FR/ Afin d'ajouter un côté assez "couture" à la tenue, j'ai décidé de porter un pantalon en velours noir assorti à une cape, également en velours noir, que j'ai obtenu cet hiver sur Zara (chez les Hommes). Je ne l'ai pas trop porté mais je peux vous dire que ça faisait des siècles que j'en recherchais une et j'ai réellement été conquis en la voyant. Généralement, je n'aime pas trop porté des éléments possédant la même matière mais cette fois-ci, toujours dans une optique d'endeuillement et de stylisation, j'ai décidé de le faire et je suis assez fan du résultat. 

Afin d'accessoiriser cette tenue, j'ai opté pour un collier ayant une rose comme motif étant donné que j'ai toujours assimilé cette fleur aux rites funéraires. Pareillement, j'aime cette touche assez stokerienne qu'elle renvoie à la tenue. 

Je porte également des bijoux assez occultes afin de souligner la partie mystique que le deuil génère, c'est pour cela que je porte mes fidèles bagues de The Rogue + The Wolf. Une nouveauté vient s'ajouter aux bagues, il s'agit de la bague "The Pentacle" de Burial Ground. Leurs bijoux sont exquis, chargés d'un mysticisme très ancien et primitif, en bref, je les adore. Depuis mon acquisition, je porte cette bague chaque jour telle une amulette. Qui plus est, c'est un cadeau que Moonchild m'a fait, ainsi, j'y tiens grandement. 

Finalement, je porte une ceinture qui est implicitement assortie aux leather boots dans la mesure où lesdites boots sont en imitation serpent et la ceinture représente un serpent figuratif. Ces deux accessoires permettent de rompre avec la fluidité de cette tenue allblack tout en la texturant.
